Pro and Enterprise subscribers can download videos for offline viewing on our mobile app. Basic subscribers can access courses online only. While course videos cannot be downloaded on desktop devices, supplementary materials such as exercises, cheatsheets, and project files can be downloaded by all users.

Yes, after completing a course, you'll receive a digital certificate that you can share on LinkedIn or include in your resume. Pro and Enterprise subscribers receive verified certificates with additional validation features. To reset your password, click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password. For security reasons, reset links expire after 24 hours.

Yes, you can change your email address in your account settings. Navigate to Account → Profile → Email. Enter your new email address and confirm it. You'll receive a verification email at your new address. Click the verification link to complete the change. Your account login will then use the new email address.

To delete your account, go to Account → Settings → Delete Account. You'll need to enter your password to confirm. Please note that account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data, including course progress and certificates. If you have an active subscription, you'll need to cancel it first before deleting your account.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For select countries, we also offer payment via bank transfer and local payment methods. Enterprise customers can request invoice payment options by contacting our sales team.

To cancel your subscription, go to Account → Billing → Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription." Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you'll lose access to course content when your subscription expires.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. For individual course purchases, we offer a 30-day refund period if you've completed less than 20% of the course. Refund requests can be submitted through our support portal.

Mobile apps are available for iOS 13+ and Android 8+. For 4K video quality, a 25Mbps internet connection is recommended.

Pro and Enterprise subscribers can download courses for offline viewing using our mobile apps. Simply tap the download icon on any lecture to save it for offline access. Downloads remain available as long as your subscription is active and you open the app at least once every 30 days to verify your subscription.

If you experience playback issues, first check your internet connection and try refreshing the page. You can also lower the video quality in the player settings. Clearing your browser cache or trying a different browser often resolves common issues. If problems persist, our support team can help troubleshoot specific issues through the support portal.
